Once you have made your purchase you will receive an order confirmation email from us.
You will also receive a Paypal receipt for your transaction.
We will aim to send your order out within 48 hours (normally 24 hours) of receipt. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be sent out until the Monday.
We cannot accept returns. All sales are final.
Doll material and Standards
Dolls made from all new material and adhere to international standards etc. Consists of 100% polyester fleece and virgin New Zeland sheep wool filling.
Dolls do not bear the CE label so sales are restricted to non-European countries.
Privacy Policies
We don't sell, rent, lend, exchange or otherwise release customer information to anyone under any circumstances. We do use cookies on our online store to provide you better service, but we do not use them for tracking you in any way except to allow our commerce software to identify what items you have placed in your basket. We will only use information provided by you in two ways: one, to contact you regarding an order; and two, if you expressly permit us to (for example, if you sign up for our mailing list).
